Billing questions
What counts as a slide?
Each illustrated image counts as one slide. A 7-slide carousel uses 7 slides from your monthly allowance. Writing and editing scripts is free; only illustrating uses your allowance.
What happens if a slide fails to generate?
Retrying a slide that failed is free. Only regenerating a slide that was already successfully illustrated uses one slide from your allowance, and if a regeneration fails we refund it automatically.
Do unused slides roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which supports all major cards plus wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We never see or store your card details.
